Renee’s Bridal Gala Wedding Show Contract Terms & Conditions
- Property Damage and Personal Injury: Renee’s Bridal Gala will not be held
responsible for any property damage or personal injury sustained by the exhibitor,
including its agents, employees, helpers, and guests, on any part of the premises,
including the booth space, regardless of how such injury or damage may have occurred. - Non-Refundable Contract: This contract and the associated payment are non-refundable
and cannot be transferred to another event. - Recognized Exhibitor: The company listed in this contract is the only recognized
“Exhibitor”. No affiliate, partner, or subsidiary business is entitled to privileges, such as
promotion at the event, signage or literature in the booth, or use of the lead list.
Exhibitors may only display or distribute their own materials. Non-exhibitor materials are
not permitted. - Booth Breakdown: Early breakdown of the booth is not allowed until the event officially
concludes. If an exhibitor breaks down early, they forfeit their rights to the attendee list
and may be excluded from future events. - Item Removal: Renee’s Bridal Gala reserves the right to require the removal of any
items by an exhibitor that do not align with the event’s image. - Sales Requirements: All municipal, state, and federal sales requirements must be met.
- Contract Assignment: This contract cannot be assigned without the prior written
consent of Renee’s Bridal Gala. Exhibitors cannot share their booth space with another
non-exhibitor. - Vendor Alignment & Removal: Renee’s Bridal Gala is committed to maintaining the
integrity, professionalism, and overall experience of the show. At any point, if it is
determined that a vendor no longer aligns with the values or overall vision of the event,
Renee’s Bridal Gala reserves the right to release that vendor from their contract. In such
cases, the exhibitor will be notified in writing, and a full refund of the booth fee will be
provided. - Liability and Waiver of Claims: While reasonable precautions will be taken by Renee’s
Bridal Gala to protect persons and property during the event, neither the event
management, the venue, nor their representatives are responsible for the personal safety
of the exhibitor or its representatives, or the safety of the exhibitor’s property from theft
or damage. Exhibitors waive all claims for damages of any kind against Renee’s Bridal
Gala related to property damage, destruction, loss, theft, personal injury, or death, and
any other incidents. - Distribution of Edible Items: Distribution of food samples, cake, or other edible items
requires approval by Renee’s Bridal Gala and must comply with any rules or restrictions
set by the venue. Distribution of alcoholic beverages is prohibited. Exhibitors who
distribute edible items assume all liability. - Liability Insurance: Exhibitors must carry liability insurance that covers their area in the
event. The booth area is an extension of the company office, and as such, liability protection
is required. Exhibitors are responsible for their employees and subcontractors. - Vehicle Liability Insurance: Exhibitors must carry vehicle liability insurance for any
vehicle brought onto the venue premises. - Filming and Photography: The exhibitor acknowledges and agrees that the event will be
filmed and photographed. The exhibitor grants consent to Renee’s Bridal Gala to use any
video or photographs capturing their likeness, booth, and property for promotional and
advertising purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, usage on the website, and/or
social media platforms.. - Event Rescheduling: In the event of adverse weather, fire, casualty, disaster, labor
disputes, acts of God, or other emergencies beyond the control of Renee’s Bridal Gala, the
organizers will, at their discretion, reschedule and/or find an alternate space for the event.
Renee’s Bridal Gala will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the exhibitor
due to rescheduling and/or relocation of the event. If Renee’s Bridal Gala is unable to
